粵港澳大灣區(qū)作為國家區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,定位為富有活力和國際競爭力的一流灣區(qū)和世界級城市群,隨著《粵港澳大灣區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》出臺實施,集聚國內(nèi)外創(chuàng)新資源和高端要素,加快形成以創(chuàng)新為主要引領(lǐng)和支撐的經(jīng)濟(jì)體系和發(fā)展模式,努力建設(shè)具有全球影響力的科技創(chuàng)新中心。
智能無人系統(tǒng)正釋放出前所未有的創(chuàng)新潛力,以無人機(jī)、無人駕駛、無人船、無人潛航器、機(jī)器人等為代表的無人系統(tǒng)迅猛發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為全球各國經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長極和重點推廣領(lǐng)域。習(xí)近平總書記也多次表示要加快推動自動駕駛、無人機(jī)、服務(wù)機(jī)器人相關(guān)立法工作,在國家創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略與粵港澳大灣區(qū)規(guī)劃指導(dǎo)驅(qū)動下,無人系統(tǒng)迎來產(chǎn)業(yè)升級新機(jī)遇。

General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to scientific and technological innovation. He puts forward that accelerating the development of new generation of artificial intelligence is an important strategic grasp for us to win the initiative of global scientific and technological competition, and it’s an important strategic resource to promote the leap-forward development of science and technology, industrial optimization and upgrading and the overall leap of productivity in China.
As a national regional development strategy, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is positioned as a first-class Bay Area and a world-class urban agglomeration with vitality and international competitiveness. With the promulgation and implementation of the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, it gathers domestic and foreign innovative resources and high-end elements, speeds up the formation of an economic system and development model with innovation as its main guide and support and strives to become a science and technology innovation center with global influence.
Intelligent unmanned systems are releasing unprecedented potential for innovation. Unmanned systems represented by unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned vehicles, unmanned ships, unmanned underwater vehicles and robots are developing rapidly and have become new growth poles and key promotion areas of the global economy. General Secretary Xi Jinping has also repeatedly expressed the need to accelerate legislation related to autonomous driving, unmanned aerial vehicles and service robots. Driven by the national innovation strategy and the planning and the Outline Development Plan of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, unmanned systems have ushered in golden opportunities for development.
