北京國(guó)際玩具展重視知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)

【好展會(huì)網(wǎng)  玩具專題】 <ul> &nbsp; &nbsp; <li class="msg">發(fā)布時(shí)間：2009-5-22 10:04:02 來源：《中國(guó)貿(mào)易報(bào)》 特約記者：宋晨陽 <a ><font color="#ff0000">進(jìn)入論壇</font></a></li> &nbsp; &nbsp; <li class="new"> &nbsp; &nbsp; <script src="/check.js" type="text/javascript"></script> &nbsp; &nbsp; <script language="vbscript" type="text/javascript">sub&nbsp; window_onload() AjaxSearchmsg(6983) end&nbsp; sub </script> &nbsp; &nbsp; <input id="installurlmsg" style="display: none" value="/" type="text" /> &nbsp; &nbsp; <table cellspacing="0" width="100%" border="0"> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <tbody> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <tr> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <td class="lh15" align="left" colspan="2"><font style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 180%"> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <p>　　第11屆北京國(guó)際玩具及幼教用品展覽會(huì)于5月18日至20日，在北京中國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易中心展覽大廳舉辦。作為玩具幼教用品行業(yè)例會(huì)，主辦單位采取積極措施保護(hù)展商知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 　　在國(guó)際貿(mào)易中時(shí)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛，既影響到企業(yè)的信譽(yù)，又影響到企業(yè)的效益。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)玩具企業(yè)玩具加工技術(shù)的不斷提高，中國(guó)玩具業(yè)逐漸由原來的來料加工型向自主創(chuàng)新型轉(zhuǎn)變，在國(guó)際貿(mào)易的游戲規(guī)則下，玩具企業(yè)越來越注重保護(hù)自己的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。為更好地保護(hù)玩具展商的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，防止展品被克隆，本屆展覽會(huì)主辦單位采取積極措施保護(hù)展商知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 　　主辦單位在籌備階段就開始對(duì)報(bào)名參展的企業(yè)進(jìn)行資格審核。所有展商報(bào)名參展時(shí)必須提交生產(chǎn)許可證、營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件，凡標(biāo)明專利產(chǎn)品的必須提交專利證書復(fù)印件，經(jīng)主辦單位審核后，確認(rèn)參展資格。對(duì)有侵權(quán)嫌疑的產(chǎn)品，主辦單位拒絕其參展。<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 　　展覽期間，主辦單位在展會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)有法律咨詢處，接受展商投訴。為避免產(chǎn)品被參觀者克隆，主辦單位對(duì)展會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格管理。展會(huì)須知明確規(guī)定展覽會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)都不得拍照。與會(huì)新聞媒體需要拍照的須憑記者證到組委會(huì)辦理采訪拍照手續(xù)。<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 　　由于主辦單位積極采取上述措施保護(hù)參展商的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，從源頭杜絕假冒偽劣產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入展館，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)行監(jiān)督管理，使參展商的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)得到有效的保護(hù)。</p> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; </font></td> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; </tr> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; </tbody> &nbsp; &nbsp; </table> &nbsp; &nbsp; </li> </ul>
